How the arrangement works
Nothing is priced or committed before the site has been seen. Every contract follows the same six steps.
Every credential, checkable at source
Each accreditation below links to the issuing body's own register or verification page. Nothing here needs to be taken on trust.
Scope of approval
SIA Approved Contractor status is granted for named security activities rather than to a company as a whole. USSG holds ACS approval for the two sectors below, and any service outside them falls outside the approval.
The SIA's own register is the authoritative record of what we are approved for, and it can be checked at any time. Certifications and memberships shown above each apply to the scope stated on the certificate rather than to the business as a whole.
Certificate numbers, issue dates and expiry dates are supplied in writing for tenders and audits rather than published here, so that what you receive is current on the day you receive it.
Work delivered
Contracts carried out, described in the terms the customer agreed to publish. Anything not confirmed in writing is held back rather than stated as fact.

Where we operate
Operations run from the head office in Stockport, Greater Manchester, with regional teams in London and Cardiff. Officers are regularly deployed to the cities below, and cover elsewhere can be arranged where we can staff it properly.
If your location is not listed, ask. Where we can cover the site we will say so, and where we cannot we will tell you rather than pass it to a subcontractor.
