The full controlled documents sit under our ISO 9001 quality management system. Each has a named owner, a version number and a review date, and the current version is issued on email request to sales@ussgl.co.uk.
A controlled document has a version number for a reason. Published files go out of date, get downloaded, and then circulate long after they have been superseded, which is worse than not publishing them at all. Requesting the document means you receive the version that is current on the day you ask, with its issue date on it.
Email sales@ussgl.co.uk naming the documents you need. For a tender or pre-qualification, tell us the framework and we will send the set rather than make you ask item by item.
Tell us what your procurement team needs and we will supply it in writing, including certificate numbers and expiry dates.
