These four are often used interchangeably in this industry. We treat them as separate things, each evidenced differently.

Full workforce access to structured induction and awareness training
USSG holds full membership of Induction Portal as a registered member and accredited firm. Everyone on our workforce, whether they work in security, cleaning or facilities, has an account, so induction and awareness training is delivered through one system rather than assembled from ad hoc briefings.
The practical effect for a customer is that awareness is not something we assert. It is a record: who completed what, when, and what they scored.

Modules are assigned according to the role and the site. An officer on a construction site and a cleaner in a managed office do not receive the same set.
Module availability depends on the courses assigned to a given contract. Where a customer requires site-specific or client-specific training, that is added to the assignment rather than assumed.
How someone reaches your site
Competence is a date, not a badge
A licence, a certificate and a training record all expire. The value of holding these centrally is that the expiry is visible before it becomes a problem on your site.
