Stockport base, UK coverage
USSG’s head office is in Stockport, Greater Manchester. We also have regional offices in London and Cardiff. Our office locations and service coverage are different: a city listed as an enquiry area does not mean that USSG has an office there.

Discuss key holding and attendance following alarm activations. Site access, escalation contacts, attendance arrangements and reporting are agreed before the service starts. Any required response times must be discussed and confirmed for the specific location.
Commercial cleaning and facilities support
Discuss cleaning and premises-support requirements around your building’s use, access arrangements, working hours and required standards. We confirm the tasks and delivery arrangements appropriate to the site.

How we confirm cover for your site

- Explain the requirement. Tell us which service you need, the proposed start date, working hours and expected duration.
- Agree the next step. We review the enquiry and, where appropriate, arrange a site assessment before confirming scope, staffing, reporting and pricing.

USSG has operated since 2016. Its SIA Approved Contractor Scheme approval covers Security Guarding and Key Holding. Approval applies to those named activities, rather than every service mentioned on this website.

Do you provide services across the UK?
USSG welcomes security, cleaning and facilities support enquiries across the UK. Cover is confirmed after reviewing the location, service requirements and staffing availability. A listed location does not guarantee immediate deployment.
Do you have an office in every city listed?
No. Our head office is in Stockport, with regional offices in London and Cardiff. Other listed locations are service enquiry areas, not additional offices.
Can I enquire if my location is not listed?
Yes. Share your site address, postcode and the support you need. We will review the location and confirm whether we can meet the requirement.
Can you support more than one site?
You can submit an enquiry covering several sites. Provide the addresses, service requirements and operating hours for each location so that the arrangements can be assessed individually.
How soon can cover start?
Start dates depend on the location, staffing, service scope and any assessment or preparation required. Tell us your preferred date when enquiring; deployment is subject to confirmation.
Is 24/7 support available?
USSG provides 24/7 support for live contracts. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00. The contact and escalation arrangements for your site are agreed as part of the service.
