Yes. Every person USSG places at a client site is directly employed by us. This applies to our security officers, cleaning operatives, maintenance engineers and all other service staff. We do not use agencies or subcontractors on any contract. Before anyone goes to a new site they go through a full vetting process and a site-specific briefing. This is how we maintain consistent standards across every contract we run.
Yes. For security, we hold SIA Approved Contractor status, which means the Security Industry Authority has assessed our operations independently. We also hold Constructionline Gold membership for construction-related work, CHAS accreditation, ISO 9001 quality certification and SafeContractor approval. For cleaning, we hold BICSc accreditation. These are all independently assessed. You can verify our status on the relevant regulator websites.
Yes. A significant number of our clients take more than one service from USSG.
