Our story
Universal Support Services Group (USSG) LTD was founded by Ali Arain and incorporated in 2016. From our Stockport base, we support organisations that need practical help looking after their premises, people and daily operations.
Our services bring together security guarding, key holding and alarm response, commercial cleaning and facilities support. Each arrangement starts with a clear understanding of the work: what is required, who is responsible and how issues should be reported.
Our management team connects company leadership with day-to-day delivery. We value clear communication, respectful working relationships and service requirements that everyone can understand.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Ali founded USSG in 2016 and now serves as Chief Executive Officer. His connection with the business runs from its establishment to its current leadership, with day-to-day management led by the Managing Director.
Managing Director
Rashid became Managing Director in September 2026. He oversees the day-to-day management of USSG and is the point of leadership for operational updates, team coordination and business delivery.

Ali Arain is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of USSG. Rashid Baig became Managing Director in September 2026 and oversees the day-to-day management of the business.
